Here is where I’ll be posting any videos that I might be brave enough to post. Perhaps do some before, during, and after videos. I’m not sure how successful this page will be, perhaps this text will be the only thing here…. but lets hope not.
Ok so as I mentioned above this is my first video blog. I simply had the urge to. Even tho I’m completely embarrassed, I want people to see what I’m going to be going through and try to help them while I’m also helping myself. This seems to really help me too. Why? I dunno…. ok ’nuff said, on to my video!
